2024 Maryland Mediators Convention

Together the presenters have many years of mediation experience. In this session they will share some ethical and practical challenges they have encountered in the areas of confidentiality and neutrality. Next, the audience will be asked to react to 3 scenarios and share what they would do as to the scenarios and relate them to the Mediator Standards. Finally, the audience will be asked to share difficult or challenging mediations they have experienced and discuss how they resolved the situation or they can ask for audience insights.

The session will be interactive. We are still learning. We want to know how you are surviving and serving in the Eye of the Tiger.
